Art So Vibrant, You Can Taste It

Chef Alex Carnovale, formerly of The French Laundry and Entrée’s culinary director, has created a 6 course tasting menu inspired by Cezanne’s varied approach to citrus, distinct brushwork and his life in Provence, France. This tasting menu includes optional wine pairings designed to accompany each course.

Some of our favorite facts about Cezanne:

- Cezanne started modern expressionism
- Cezanne was known as an “artist’s artist” as several of his works were owned by Picasso and Matisse
- Cezanne created over 900 oil paintings and more than 400 watercolors
